DESCRIPTION:The City of Hallandale Beach is embarking on an extensive effort to rewrite its Land Development Code. The Land Development Code regulates how all land in the city is used\, from established neighborhoods and business areas\, to larger scale commercial\, residential\, and industrial developments\, and everything in between. \n\n \n\nMembers of the Hallandale Beach Chamber of Commerce are invited to come and hear from the City's consultant for this project\, Calvin\, Giordano & Associates (CGA)\, and provide your feedback on existing and future development in the City\, your experience utilizing the existing Code\, what works\, and what could be improved. CGA will also be discussing key themes and issues that have been identified during the initial public outreach and visioning process to date. We value your input and hope to see you there!
